I’ve been taking this product for 3 months and it hasn’t done one bit of good. I actually think it made me feel hungrier. How can companies sell products that claim to do something, but doesn’t?

Be very careful when ordering this product! It has St. John’s Wort which, as you may know, has very bad interactions with a number of drugs. Amazon did not list all the ingredients!!

The vitamins give me energy, and I am not hungry like before. So far i havn’t lost any weight. Maybe it will take a little longer. Because of the energy boost, I will keep taking it. C.S.

I would highly recommend this supplement to those with a lifestyle like mine, hectic, and working in a cubicle all day with out the ability to work out all day. This supplement keeps your metabolism in high-gear even when your life doesn’t allow it. I have tried many products, but this one did not give me the jitters or any of those “nasty” side effects of some other supplements. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I have lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks. I also cut out all added sugars for my diet (a lot of label fine print reading). It’s working great…no jitters, sleeping well, few cravings which I can handle more easily.
