unfortunately, there was something in here that caused an allergic reaction. I got a horrible itchy rash all over my body. Too bad, because it works well.

This product works great! Knocks me out within about 30 minutes and I sleep perfectly for the rest of the night. My only caution is make sure you allocate enough time for a full 8 hours or you’ll be really groggy the next day.

I can’t rely on it alone. I still have to take lots of tryptophane and melatonin too. But it helps promote a more relaxed sleep. I’ve suffered insomnia for decades so I’m a difficult case. I’ve found when I try something new to help sleeping it only works for a few weeks then my body seems to get wise to it. But this seems to keep working.

My daughter brought me a sample from the health food store…I tried it, it worked, then I bought a bottle. The first few times the impact of taking it was pretty strong…it relaxed me, put me to sleep…and in the middle of the night I awoke again to find I could hardly open my eyes! It still works, but it won’t if I eat chocolate or sweets before bedtime. On occasion, it doesn’t work no matter how many I take…but then again my mind can get pretty busy and at those times, it has little impact on my sleep. So, there are times when it helps…and times when it doesn’t…but I’m still happy I have this product…it worked better than warm milk, melatonin, herbal teas (sleepy time and camomile)…and sleeping pills which I tried once…I would suggest you try it and find out for yourself how it helps your body to relax and sleep…

I’ve tried a lot of supplements meant to help you sleep through the night. But I’ve always woken up regardless of their promises. I have some sort of condition that makes me come out of deep sleep over 40 times a night, only completely waking anywhere from 3-8 times over night.
With this product, I’ve actually had several nights where I maybe only woke up once to use the bathroom over night. It is a night and day difference over other products.
The only downside is that you have to take four horse pills 30-60 minutes before bedtime. With some capsules, I can swallow 2-4 at once…but these suckers needed to be taken one at a time…which increases the amount of water needed and leads to a slightly increased chance that you’ll need a bathroom break overnight.
