For my children, we alternate between the fluoride and fluoride-free versions of Silly Strawberry. My son is 7, and my daughter is 6; they both enjoy brushing their teeth (on their own in the morning and at lunch, then parent-assisted in the evening). The enjoyment has alot to do with Tom's quality of toothpaste, and I recommend their toothpastes to everyone.
