I really enjoy the lemon flavor of this product, it has a nice aroma. My acupuncturist recommended this for anxiety and SAD. Once I started taking this, it was like night and day. I now feel more energetic and calm.
I highly recommend Nordic Naturals over other Omega 3 brands.
