When I ordered this product from Amazon.com I recieved the citrus scented ones instead of the free & clear. I have requested to reship the correct item but again they have shipped out the citrus scented. When I called in the third time they told me to return the two boxes for a refund and wait an unknown amount of time to reorder…When I ask when should I reorder they could not tell me a specific time or date. They just said go somewhere else to reorder….Can you believe this…..!!!!!!
When I looked at the original boxes from Seventh Generation there were no mark or labeling the different types of detergents. I really do not know how these guys ship out the correct ones. Amazon is cheaper but you’ll have a big head ache when you recieve the wrong product everytime. Can they just open on side of the box and check if it is the correct package…????? They are killing themselves with shipping cost…so ignorant…

This is a good detergent. But since I prefer natural soaps, I am looking for “fragrance-free laundry soap”. They are out there on Google.

I purchased this to get a good detergent without some of the harsh chemicals used today. I find the powder works better for me. It dissolves completely. Of couse by subscribing, I don’t have to worry about re-stocking, which is great.

I love that this product is …
1. fragrance, etc. free (one family member has very allergy-sensitive skin and another is, well, a walking allergy – this detergent causes NO problems for them)
2. earth-friendly and concentrated (a little goes a long way! just watch the water temp. – if the water is too cold, the detergent won’t dissolve)
3. “non-toxic” – I got some of the detergent in my eye one time and I was able to wash it out without it stinging, burning, or causing blindness!

Amazon has the best price for the Seventh Generation product line. May take a while for shipping, but well worth the wait. I have found no difference in my laundry since switching from other conventional laundry soaps. Plus, I really like it not having any scent.
