Didn’t work for me. I was disappointed, my body can’t tolerate this product because it was so enpensive. Not recommended. No effect at all but, headache and nausea, and bitter metallic taste, and burning on tongue!

I think that probably for most people, this is a fine product but for me I can’t handle the chalky taste because I was given so much milk of magnesia as a child, my system does not handle magnesium well as it gives me a stomach ache and diarrhea. Most capsules only have Vit D with the calcium which I think is all that is needed for the system to absorb the calcium.

I like this product because it is in a liquid form. I find it difficult to swallow pills. I will continue to use this product.

I have serious problems with calcium metabolism and have tried all different forms of calcium supplements. This is one that doesn’t hurt my stomach, yet provides high quality sources of calcium (and Vitamin D) supported by a spectrum of minerals that enhance calcium absorption and help maintain good health (zinc, magnesium, potassium, boron, trace minerals). One thing I love is that it does not cause constipation as so many other calcium supplements do.
This supplement does make a difference! It is true – no leg cramps, no constipation (or diarrhea) and my calcium levels have been improving. I like the flavor and the chalkiness is no big deal – I’ve tried lots of other liquid calciums that were much worse. It would be a mistake not to try this one!
