This is great. I share your enthusiasm about this wonderful beverage. More people should know about these benefits. Great post!
Sounds like you know what your talking about!~
Your good, great video and graphics!~~~~~~~~
Thanks!
I don’t think you actually physically ‘feel’ the antioxidant effects…. I would find it very hard to drink more then 4 cups a day…
Yup green tea is good. we have plants here and my mom just boiled it…put some honey bee instead of sugar…wow it’s great…and one more benefit to our health is by drinking Himalayan Goji berry, they call it superfruit…it’s great, check on youtube about the benefit…you may check this site: marcotorralba.freelife..com
Let’s go back to herbal, it really have health benefits…and to avoid hospital bills!!!
Thanks for the informative vid Mike. I have a question though as myself & others I know have a habit of doing this;
I use tea bags & to save time I am always tempted to squeeze the tea bag with the tea spoon half-way through steeping, to quicken it up. Do you ever use this ‘short-cut’, (especially if you’re in a rush), or is rushing the process like that just ruining the tea & its taste? Should I not sqeeze the bag at all, even as it clearly helps to quickly flood the tea out of the bag?
I, too, am a tea connisseur. You should do a video on matcha powder. It doesn’t get much better than that.
how much green tea can you really drink? Because when I drink Green Tea 3 times a day, I just don’t feel the antioxidant effects…do I need about 12 cups to get antioxidant effects.
Green tea is absolutley amazing, I drink tea everyday. Just a tip to anyone who finds green tea bitter or find that it upsets their stomach. Real green tea should NOT be brewed in boiling water. Boil your water than wait a few minutes before you put the green tea in. I have a thermometer and put in the loose leaf green tea (try it much higher quality than tea bags for the most part) when the thermometer reads 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Then I brew it for usually three minutes.
I love green tea

Theanine is proven to induce a deeper sleep so it cancels out most of the caffeine.I use Green tea especially Oolong tea as a weight control supplement and it works very well, medically proven to reduce Visceral fat , i try all sorts of tea and grow Chamomille in the garden

Seems like nowadays people in the western world just drink sometimes green tea as “medicine”, because it’s cool. Drink it every day for years and you feel it..
People in China have drunk green tea instead of water for thousands of years, as people in europe had beer instead of water. Water was simply too dirty to drink. And guess which his better for you. Green tea or beer?
