Good detail and organization.
The book is informative. It doesn’t cover a lot of the essential oils that I wanted to know about, but it gives good detail to the ones included.

There are more comprehensive guides out there….
I was looking for a book with more in depth information on the use of essential oils and more recipes, but this is more of a basic guide to general information on oils.
