Nordic Naturals – Simply the Best,
My doctor recommended I take 1000 IUs of vitamin D. Of course there are a million brands and dosages out there. Many of them are frankly too high for my needs. Unless directed by your doctor, you really should not be self-diagnosing mega-doses or any supplement anyway. The Nordic Naturals Vitamin D is encapsulated in a softgel of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I like the addition of olive oil, since it’s so good for you. They also have a faint, but pleasant orange taste and aroma. Those who find it difficult to swallow pills of any kind will find these very easy to swallow. I highly recommend all of the Nordic Naturals products. I take the fish oil as well, and it is extremely high-quality, and easy to tolerate.

|Great Vitamin D supplement,
My family and I use the Nordic Naturals Brand of Vitamin D softgels. They are small and easy to swallow with no stomach upset. Very good at maintaining and/or raising Vitamin D levels. We also use and are very happy with the Ultimate Omega fish oil supplement. This is a great brand – highly recommended.
